Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from inception through closing

• Serve as the primary draftsperson for key transaction documents

• Manage multiple complex deals simultaneously

• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and opposing counsel

• 5–7 years of experience as a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

• Extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions

• Proven ability to manage and lead complex deals

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law (Illinois Bar required)

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Strong client management and communication abilities
