Duties
• Represent clients in complex pharmaceutical and life sciences patent litigation.
• Handle Hatch-Waxman litigation involving branded and generic pharmaceutical products.
• Develop litigation strategies for sophisticated patent disputes involving biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacology, and medical devices.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents for federal courts and administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with scientific experts, technical consultants, and client representatives throughout litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex patent law and scientific issues.
• Manage discovery, case strategy, and litigation deadlines in sophisticated patent matters.
• Participate in depositions of fact witnesses, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.
• Represent clients before federal courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
• Advise clients regarding patent enforcement strategies and litigation risk management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary legal teams to achieve successful litigation outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and practical legal counsel.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences patent litigation experience.
