Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case development and litigation strategy.

• Draft and review complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

• Communicate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Manage case workups, organize documentation, and prepare materials for hearings and trials.

• Support nationwide litigation efforts while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active member of a U.S. State Bar in good standing.

• Proven experience handling complex commercial litigation.

• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with litigation management tools.
