Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury plaintiff cases from intake through settlement or trial

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation

• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Assist senior attorneys with litigation preparation and case strategy

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of experience in personal injury plaintiff matters

• Strong understanding of New York personal injury laws and procedures

• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
