Law offices are located in New York and California with global affiliate offices based Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Fifty-two skilled attorneys and a professional support staff are employed at the law firm. There are nine areas of practice. A few practice disciplines include antitrust-product distribution, business, intellectual property and private client. The law practice endorses community service and pro-bono work.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-3.

• Assist with employment-based green card matters such as PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status.

• Advise clients on visa strategies and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with senior attorneys to support a diverse client base.

• Participate in business development and professional training initiatives.

✅ Qualifications:

• Up to 1 year of experience in business immigration law.

• Exposure to nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions preferred.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the state bar.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong legal research, drafting, and time management abilities.
