Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in commercial litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and litigation planning

• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required

• Support case development from inception through resolution

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Bar license required

• 1–6 years of litigation or relevant legal practice experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation software

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
