A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join its Business and Tort Litigation practice. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial disputes while managing meaningful responsibilities and collaborating closely with experienced litigators.

The successful candidate will participate in every stage of litigation, including case strategy, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and client communication. Attorneys will work closely with colleagues to develop litigation strategies while building strong advocacy and case management skills.

The practice provides attorneys with meaningful client interaction, substantive litigation experience, and opportunities to contribute to complex business disputes within a collaborative legal team.

This opportunity is offered through a national litigation practice that provides attorneys with substantive commercial litigation work, mentorship, and opportunities to develop courtroom experience while collaborating with experienced litigators on sophisticated business disputes.

Duties

• Manage significant responsibilities on commercial litigation matters.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

• Develop litigation strategies with attorneys across the litigation team.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.

• Communicate with clients regarding case strategy and litigation developments.

• Assist with discovery, witness preparation, and case management.

• Support all phases of commercial and business tort litigation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative litigation team.

• Preferred: Deposition, hearing, and trial experience.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
