Duties
• Manage written discovery, document production, and complex e-discovery matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents for state and federal courts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Prepare fact and expert witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial testimony.
• Attend status conferences, hearings, and argue substantive motions before the court.
• Participate in settlement conferences, mediations, and negotiation proceedings.
• Assist with all phases of trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case developments.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on sophisticated commercial disputes.
• Manage multiple active litigation matters while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Support business development initiatives and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Requirements
• 4–5 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for timely admission.
• Experience handling litigation in both state and federal courts.
• Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice experience.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Excellent courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal, preferred.
