• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis

• Participate in depositions, witness preparation, and discovery management

• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations

• Analyze legal and factual issues to identify risks and strategic opportunities

• Collaborate with litigation teams on sophisticated commercial matters

• Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case developments

• Prepare persuasive written advocacy for state and federal court proceedings

• Assist with trial preparation and trial execution

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience

• Active admission to practice law in California

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
