This position is ideal for attorneys who have developed strong transactional experience and are seeking greater responsibility handling sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business transactions.
The successful candidate will work closely with corporate clients, investors, business owners, and transaction teams on complex domestic and cross-border deals. Associates will gain meaningful responsibility throughout all stages of the transaction lifecycle while developing highly marketable corporate and M&A expertise.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from initial structuring through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary transaction documents
• Conduct legal due diligence reviews and identify potential transactional risks
• Analyze corporate governance, compliance, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Coordinate transaction execution with clients, advisors, and opposing counsel
• Structure transactions to achieve strategic business objectives
• Prepare transaction summaries, memoranda, and client communications
• Support strategic acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams on complex transactions
• Assist with negotiations involving sophisticated corporate and investment matters
• Manage transaction timelines and closing requirements
• Provide practical legal advice throughout the deal process

Qualifications
• 4–8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience
• Strong background handling sophisticated corporate transactions
