• Collaborate with litigation teams to develop strategic case approaches

• Analyze legal risks and advise clients regarding litigation strategy and dispute resolution

• Support trial preparation efforts, witness preparation, and evidentiary development

• Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining organized case workflows

• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding legal developments and litigation strategy

• Assist with dispute resolution matters involving domestic and international business issues

Requirements

• 2–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment preferred

• Experience handling commercial litigation matters strongly preferred

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligibility for admission

• Strong legal research and persuasive writing abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within litigation teams

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills

• Experience with litigation support platforms and legal research software preferred
