Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex commercial litigation matters

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-value, multi-faceted disputes

• Manage case files, timelines, and documentation in compliance with court procedures and firm standards

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney

• Admission to the Texas Bar (Texas Bar required)

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
