Key Responsibilities

• Conduct written discovery and manage depositions in complex litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal documents

• Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances

• Assist in trials and arbitrations from preparation through resolution

• Collaborate with litigation teams on case strategy and execution

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or Business Litigation Attorney

• Strong background in commercial litigation

• Licensed to practice in Texas (Texas Bar required)

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
