Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Two to four years of complex litigation experience (up to five years considered)

• Prior experience in product liability and tort defense strongly preferred

• Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar admission is a plus

• Demonstrated interest in product liability and mass tort litigation

• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
