Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager III, Infrastructure Sourcing Operations to join our dynamic team supporting Meta's Infrastructure Sourcing group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in purchase order execution, dashboarding, and workflow automation and a proven ability to own operational processes end-to-end while building tools that remove manual work.
Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage purchase orders across DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and PO/invoice mismatches.
- Upload, organize, and maintain contract records in internal systems.
- Create and manage part numbers, BOM updates, EOL notices, and rebate tracking.
- Support NPI operations including sample forecasting, sample material management, and supply escalation.
- Build and maintain dashboards for supply visibility, PO status, and program tracking.
- Identify manual workflows and automate them using AI tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Dashboarding experience with Tableau, AppSheet, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to use AI tools to build automations, scripts, or agent workflows.
- Execution-focused ownership of tasks from initiation through completion.
- Detail orientation for transactional accuracy across POs, invoices, contracts, and part numbers.
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional issue resolution.
Preferred Skills:
- Supply chain or sourcing experience in technology or hardware.
- SQL or basic Python.
- Experience with Meta internal tools or a fast ramp on new systems.
