Job Title: Program Manager III – Infrastructure Sourcing Operations
Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid, onsite required)
Duration: 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to support a high-impact infrastructure sourcing team working on large-scale hardware supply chains.
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you will drive day-to-day sourcing operations, resolve issues in real-time, and build tools to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who can jump in, take ownership, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
Looking for candidates who combines operations execution data/automation skills, and thrives in environments where they can fix problems, streamline processes, and move fast.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track purchase orders (POs) across multiple hardware components
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and PO mismatches
- Maintain and organize contracts, part numbers, and bill of materials (BOMs)
- Track product lifecycle updates including EOL notices and rebate programs
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities such as demand tracking, material readiness, and issue escalation
- Build and maintain dashboards for supply visibility and operational tracking
- Identify operational inefficiencies and automate manual workflows using tools and AI-based solutions
Required Skills
- Dashboarding experience — Tableau, AppSheet, or equivalent
- Comfortable using AI tools to build automations, scripts, or agent workflows
- Strong execution mindset — willing to jump in and own tasks end-to-end
- Detail orientation for transactional accuracy (POs, invoices, contracts, part numbers)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and chasing down cross-functional issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hardware, infrastructure, or technology supply chains
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data manipulation tools
- Exposure to high-volume operational environments
- Experience improving or automating operational processes
Salary : $60 - $70
