Job Description
We are seeking a Service Management Consultant to join our team supporting our client's medical content platform ecosystem. The role focuses on standing up operational infrastructure and transitioning to steady-state business operations. The position is business-facing and requires fluency in service management practices from the business side rather than IT.
Responsibilities:
Assess the current state of platform operations and identify gaps in service management structure
Design and help stand up lightweight service management frameworks from the business side
Establish intake processes, triage protocols, and escalation paths for business operations
Support transition from initial setup to steady-state operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in service management practices for business operations, including intake, triage, and escalation design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational gaps and propose improvements
Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities in business contexts
Experience standing up operational frameworks and transitioning to steady-state operations
Service management (business-side, not ITIL-heavy implementation roles)
Intake / triage / escalation design
Operational framework design stabilization

Preferred Skills:
