Job Description
We are seeking a Pega Senior Developer to join our dynamic team supporting Debit Claims. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega PRPC, model-driven solution design, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise applications that meet business, architecture, and technology constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC solutions for Debit Claims functions.
- Define technical direction and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
- Lead and participate in Scrum ceremonies and deliver increments in Agile sprints.
- Manage code migration across environments through to production.
- Evaluate complex problems and apply sound judgment to select methods and techniques.
- Provide work leadership by assigning tasks and resolving issues as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on development with Pega PRPC building enterprise solutions.
- Pega CSSA certification.
- 1 years of experience working in Agile Scrum methodology.
- BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented principles and design techniques.
- Exposure to J2EE technologies such as JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, and Java, and to Oracle.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and effective teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading moderately complex projects or special initiatives.
- Background with enterprise integration patterns and performance tuning in Pega.
Work Arrangement & Hiring Process
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC.
- Start month: October. Maximum 3 submissions per vendor.
- Interview: 1-2 rounds. Video required. Glider ID verification required.
