Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project management, stakeholder communication, and security-focused delivery and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on scope, time, budget, and quality while driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives through structured planning, control, and execution.
- Manage cross-functional efforts with corporate teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal issues.
- Apply advanced subject matter expertise to evaluate complex business problems and recommend effective approaches.
- Exercise independent judgment within established policies to select methods, manage risks, and achieve project objectives.
- Provide direction on process improvements and contribute to policy and methodology enhancements.
- Represent the organization in executive and customer-facing contexts as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Technical acumen with emphasis on security considerations in projects.
- Expert knowledge of project management policies, processes, and methodologies.
- 7 years in project management or similar roles.
- PMP certification.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading vendor-integrated initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and controls relevant to project delivery.
