Employment TYPE: Contract W2 - NO C2C
Job Title: Scrum Master / Agility
Location: Columbus, OH / Plano, TX / Jersey City, NJ (5 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for 3–4 agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach teams on agile principles, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
- Collaborate in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Track progress, remove impediments, and support teams in achieving sprint goals
- Contribute to internal dashboards and reporting for team performance and metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience (recent and hands-on)
- Proven experience coaching Scrum teams in a mature agile environment
- Strong experience managing multiple teams simultaneously (3–4 teams)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be a full-time Scrum Master (not a hybrid developer/Scrum role)
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe or other agile certifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Background in payments or financial services domain
