Duration: Contract - 8 months

Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing technology implementations, platform migrations, and Salesforce integrations and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex MarTech transitions on time and within scope with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition and implementation of the next-generation MarTech stack.
• Plan and manage migration of legacy systems and integration of new platforms.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely data flow between marketing tools and Salesforce.
• Coordinate cross-functional squads across marketing operations, demand generation, and sales operations.
• Define scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using standardized project plans and RAIDs.
• Establish governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication cadences.
• Drive user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document processes, integration maps, and permissions models for ongoing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of project management experience in Marketing Operations or MarTech environments.
• Proven delivery of large-scale software implementations or migrations, including MAP or CDP transitions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data objects and processes including leads, contacts, campaigns, and integration user permissions.
• Expert-level proficiency with project management software, ideally Wrike.
• Strong organization and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in global B2B technology organizations and related data requirements.
• PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred.
