Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing technology implementations, platform migrations, and Salesforce integrations and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex MarTech transitions on time and within scope with minimal business disruption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition and implementation of the next-generation MarTech stack.
- Plan and manage migration of legacy systems and integration of new platforms.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely data flow between marketing tools and Salesforce.
- Coordinate cross-functional squads across marketing operations, demand generation, and sales operations.
- Define scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using standardized project plans and RAIDs.
- Establish governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication cadences.
- Drive user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document processes, integration maps, and permissions models for ongoing operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in Marketing Operations or MarTech environments.
- Proven delivery of large-scale software implementations or migrations, including MAP or CDP transitions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data objects and processes including leads, contacts, campaigns, and integration user permissions.
- Expert-level proficiency with project management software, ideally Wrike.
- Strong organization and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in global B2B technology organizations and related data requirements.
- PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred.
