Employment TYPE: Contract W2 - NO C2C
Role: Full Stack Developer (mostly Front-End)
Location: Plano, TX (5 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end development to support the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of modern web applications in a large corporate technology environment.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on software development experience, with working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
- The candidate is primarily expected to work on front-end development activities, including building and maintaining UI components, supporting application enhancements, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with the broader engineering team.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and database querying languages is preferred but not the primary focus of the role.
- This role is suitable for someone who has foundational full stack development experience, is comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment, and can contribute to delivery with guidance from senior engineers and team members.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a cross-team setting, participating in team discussions, asking questions, sharing ideas, and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
- The role also requires responsible use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to support coding, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation, while validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, security, and maintainability.
