Title: Customer Service Advocate
Location: Indiana (Remote)
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Advocate is the first point of contact for Medicaid members and providers, offering timely and accurate assistance through phone, chat, and email. The role focuses on resolving routine inquiries, preventing escalations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, resolve routine issues, document all interactions in CRM, meet performance and quality metrics, follow all compliance standards, and work closely with supervisors and team leads.
Required Qualifications:
Spanish bilingual, High School Diploma/GED, ability to multitask using multiple systems, strong communication skills, and ability to work the required shift (11 AM – 8 PM EST).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous call center or customer service experience.
