Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble high-quality deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, and specialty items.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery.
- Oversee inventory management, control stock levels, and order supplies as needed to maintain operational flow.
- Develop and update menu offerings to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
- Manage shift operations, coordinate with front-of-house staff, and oversee food service during busy hours.
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Requirements
