Whether you're assisting with food prep, making pizzas and running the oven and maintaining cleanliness, or supporting front-of-house operations, your contribution will help deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are handled safely and efficiently according to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests
• Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment
• Serve food and beverages promptly to guests, supporting smooth restaurant operations
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and payments
• Oven work, prepping food in boxes, making food on the make line
• Follow safe lifting practices during all manual handling activities to prevent injuries
• Support food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Provide in-person customer service by assisting guests with their needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist with food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and disposal of ingredients and waste

Experience

• Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is a plus
• Experience working with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods is required
• Prior hospitality or guest service experience will help you excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences
