The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement operations, stakeholder coordination, and supplier management and a proven ability to manage task workflows, resolve invoice issues, and support sourcing activities through completion.Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with stakeholders through responsive and proactive task management.Partner with stakeholders across business areas and regions.Prioritize and plan daily workflow, including management, monitoring, and reporting of task progression through completion.Conduct supplier negotiations as required.Operate and comply with all Procurement processes and procedures.Resolve blocked or stalled invoices.Manage supplier communications and declarations.Support Global Vendor Master Management activities.Coordinate Non-Disclosure Agreements.Prepare and manage Requests for Quotes.Rework Purchase Orders as needed.Manage the task request inbox.Required Skills & Qualifications:Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's with 0-1 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Preferred Skills:Foundational procurement experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Team-oriented with clear career and goal focus.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
