Job Description

We are seeking a Production and Imaging Associate - Document Scanner to join our team on a Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule. The role operates extraction, scanning, and mail sorting equipment within a lockbox environment to ensure accurate and timely handling of incoming mail and payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with OPEX Falcon, OPEX 150/IEM, and OPEX MPS 40 or similar equipment and a proven ability to meet production deadlines with quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain mail sort, extraction, and scanning equipment, including OPEX 150/IEM, OPEX Falcon, and OPEX MPS 40.
• Receive, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing per established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, identify jams and misfeeds, and resolve or escalate issues as required.
• Complete work within established production deadlines and meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Perform basic quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Follow all compliance, audit, and operational procedures.
• Support general mailroom functions, including handling trays of mail and processing rejects.
• Lift and carry 10-15 lbs as needed.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a production setting.
• Ability to operate machinery in a fast-paced environment with basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-3 years in lockbox, mailroom, or production environments.
• Experience with OPEX Falcon, OPEX 150/IEM, OPEX MPS 40, or similar mail, extraction, and scanning equipment.

Additional Details

Schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. | Hours per day: 8 | Labor Type: Admin/Clerical.

Drug Screen: 8 Panel - Standard Mandatory. Background Check: First Advantage Basic Package.

Candidate Not to Exceed Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00. Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 1. Respond by: 2026-06-01.
