Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, project management, and Jira and a proven ability to plan, execute, and close complex projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Develop and manage project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track progress, remove impediments, and ensure alignment to financial objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Report and present project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance, controls, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management and Agile frameworks.
• Primary skill: Agile tools, especially Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Risk identification, mitigation, and issue management proficiency.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting status to leadership.
• Microsoft Office expertise, including Excel and data analysis.
• Background in digital technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile or Project Management certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PMP).
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Additional Details

• Approved location: Charlotte, NC.
• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite. Onsite from day 1.
• Start month: July.
• Interview process: 2 rounds. In-person preferred for panel and hiring manager connects.
• Glider: ID verification required.
• Sponsorship: Candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Submission guidance: Maximum of 3 submissions per vendor.
