Product Ownership Agile Delivery:
The GCP Product Owner Engineer is responsible for driving the design delivery and operationalization of cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform GCP This role blends technical engineering expertise with product ownership responsibilities ensuring alignment between business goals engineering execution and stakeholder expectations
The individual must effectively communicate with leadership articulate progress manage Agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution while contributing handson to GCP solution delivery
Own and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility
Define and refine user stories acceptance criteria and sprint goals
Lead Agile ceremonies including:
Daily standups
Sprint planning
Sprint reviews and retrospectives
Track sprint progress dependencies and risks ensuring timely delivery
Provide regular updates to leadership on
Delivery progress
Risks and mitigations
Key milestones and KPIs
Articulate technical and delivery status in businessfriendly terms
Coordinate with cross functional teams including engineering architecture and business stakeholders
Track KPIs and communicate status proactively
5 Years of experience in:
Cloud engineering platform engineering
Agile delivery or product ownership roles
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with GCP services
BigQuery Dataflow Dataproc Cloud Storage Composer
Experience with:
Terraform Infrastructure as Code
CICD tools Harness GitHub Actions etc
Data engineering tools and frameworks
Programming knowledge Python SQL Shell scripting
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with leadership
Experience running Agile ceremonies standups sprint reviews retrospectives
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.59/hour - $46.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
