Marketing Planning and Strategy
· Responsible for creating and executing an annual marketing plan working with marketing team to meet overall company strategic goals, including: meeting budget, revenue, and profit projections
· Articulates company messages, creates and communicates identity and trademark standards and ensures cross-company conformance and consistency
§ Maintains New Member Packets to ensure cover letter is updated each year, quality reviewed, content is current, and determine what needs to be added/deleted
· Responsible for the timely execution of all marketing activities as directed and self-committed
· Maintains marketing project files and files of competitor ads and promotions
Marketing and Advertising Campaign Management
· Develops and oversees development of marketing campaigns and creates promotional collateral materials such as brochures, postcards, flyers, catalogs, and letters to support the campaigns; working with the Director of Project Management who assists with the implementation of programs, the layout of promotional e-mails, and disseminates to target audiences
· Develops and oversees development of advertising campaigns and ensures their placement, including annual trade programs, legal publication programs, as applicable
· Supports all areas of the company website content, design, and maintenance procedures
· Assists COO/Executive Vice President to determine Public Relations campaigns, to ensure objectives, accuracy of messages, and results to support the marketing endeavors
· Supports Director of Project Management with coordination of HQ mailings with selected external mailing vendor
· Provide assistance in the area of social media—suggestions/ideas, where we can expand our reach, new opportunities we have not explored
Publication Coordination and Support
· Manages Graphic Design for The Value Examiner®
· Supports and reviews the QuickRead®—an online weekly publication
· Supports quality review of publication CPE exams
Quality Review and Company Process
· Supports responsibility for quality of company communications, including promotional codes and calendar
· Supports the education department in quality review of course registration events, including promotional discount updates for conference events
· Supports communication between departments
§ Initiates changes to processes and procedures as needed
§ Responsible for functional procedures in department and documenting as currently required and ensures there are no gaps where procedures/processes overlap other departments
Team and Committee Support
· Serves as liaison to the Standards Board and Ethics Oversight Board and member committees as directed
· Supports teams in the following areas as needed and requested to the best of your abilities:
§ Participates in brainstorming meetings, as necessary, to generate marketing ideas
§ Attend scheduled Member/Client Services meetings to provide marketing support on MCS campaigns in process
· Provides support to organization and its affiliates and partners as directed by the CEO, including annual agreement development and promotional deadline management
· Periodically spearheads task teams at HQ as requested by the CEO for product development
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
