About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, one-on-one treatment, and collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate patient experience
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) state Physical Therapy license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Preferred (Not Required)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Manual therapy skills or interest in continued clinical development
- Dry needling, sports rehab, or specialty training
