About the Role:
Advocacy Marketing Partners is seeking an Account Manager to help build, manage, and grow strong client relationships while supporting the delivery of strategic, creative, and effective marketing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable balancing strategy, communication, and execution in a fast-paced agency environment.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key link between clients and internal teams, helping translate ideas into action, keep projects on track, and ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards. The right candidate is a strong communicator who listens well, anticipates needs, takes ownership of their work, and confidently moves projects forward.
What You’ll Do:
Client Strategy & Account Management
- Support the Account Team in managing client relationships and delivering work aligned with advocacy, political, and mission-driven objectives.
- Help solve client challenges by understanding goals, target audiences, and success metrics, then translating them into actionable marketing programs.
- Serve as a dependable day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication, proactive follow-through, and thoughtful problem-solving.
Production & Project Execution
- Assist in planning and executing creative development, media production, advertising, direct mail, digital campaigns, events, and integrated marketing programs.
- Coordinate production workflows by tracking assets, approvals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors.
- Help keep production schedules on track and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, technical requirements, and client expectations.
- Support trafficking, versioning, and quality assurance processes for digital and mail programs as needed.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Support campaign reporting by compiling performance data across channels, including digital, direct mail, advocacy, and media, into clear, client-ready reports.
- Assist in analyzing results and identifying insights, trends, and optimization opportunities tied to client goals.
- Help turn data into meaningful narratives that inform strategy, recommendations, and next-step planning.
- Work closely with media, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
Collaboration & Agency Operations
- Collaborate with creative, media, production, analytics, and leadership teams to develop and execute integrated solutions.
- Prepare and maintain day-to-day client and internal materials, including agendas, meeting notes, timelines, presentations, and reporting decks.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
- Participate in client meetings, internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and agency activities.
- Support research, insight development, and program planning for existing clients and new business opportunities.
- Contribute wherever needed to support team success, agency growth, and evolving client needs.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or client services; agency experience preferred.
- Proven experience creating clear, professional, client-facing documents and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Comfort working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
