Location: Manteca, CA
Pay: $19.50-$21.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary

Join a well-established winery for the 2026 Harvest Season! We're looking for dependable Production Workers to assist with wine production, cellar operations, sanitation, and equipment cleaning. If you have experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse work, or winery operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with wine production and cellar operations
• Set up hoses and pumps to transfer wine between tanks and trucks
• Clean and sanitize tanks, equipment, and production areas
• Support harvest production activities, including juice transfers and fermentation processes
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of production, manufacturing, warehouse, food processing, or winery experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid California Driver's License required
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working around forklifts and production equipment
• Basic math skills and ability to multitask
• Reliable with strong attention to safety and quality
  

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Overtime and Saturdays may be required during harvest.
