Job description
We are expanding our team to bring in a knowledgeable Oregon LTC/LTP (EA a bonus) to our rapidly
growing Tax, Accounting and Business services. We provide all types of tax preparation services, tax
planning and consulting to small businesses and individuals, Accounting, Payroll, CAA and Notary
Services. Located in Gresham, OR we have an in-office work environment, although some remote
work is available during the off season.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Resolve client issues with the IRS and state tax authorities and other tax-related matters
- Assist clients with tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with our team regarding issues and situations related to tax and compliance
Qualifications:
- Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant/Preparer with desire to become an Oregon LTC/ EA.
Current EA a plus.
- 4 years preparing taxes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Provide dynamic and engaging service to clients, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
