Our roofing client is growing — and we’re looking for a Lead Estimator & Workforce Development Specialist to help us win new business, build customer relationships, and grow across the greater Portland area and beyond.
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of job. 😎
You’ll be out in the community, meeting homeowners and businesses, walking projects, creating estimates, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

✅ Estimate painting, roofing, repairs & exterior improvement projects
