As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will lead procurement activities across the project lifecycle, from strategy definition to execution, providing optimal value for clients while managing risks and vendors & contractor performance. - Lead procurement activities for major EPCM projects, from packaging definition, to executing the RFP processto the award.
- Participate along site other procurement, expediting and transport and logistics expert.
- Work in alliance with the project teams to align procurement activities with project objectives, schedules and budget.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, purchase order and key terms with suppliers.
- Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project performance
- Drive Vendor performance and accountability throughout project execution.
- Support clients with best practices in strategic procurement, sourcing and supply chain optimization
- Build strong relationships with clients to enable repeat business and long-term partnerships

- Rigorous and ethical
- 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain (EPCM or construction preferred)
- Strong experience in capital projects procurement (equipment, services, construction)
- Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing Vendor
- Solid understanding of commercial, contractual and risk management principles
- Experience in mining, metals or heavy industry
- Experience on large EPCM or EPC projects
- Familiarity with project controls and contract administration interfaces
- Experience supporting strategic procurement initiatives or consulting mandates
- Travel: Frequent depending on project needs if outside of Arizona
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Asset : Bilingual (Spanish)
