Equipment Operation: Ensure safe and efficient machine performance.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Adjust settings to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions
- Perform product inspections and quality checks
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Work with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Machine operation experience (food or beverage preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Problem-solving mindset
- Accountability and ownership of equipment performance
- Safety-first approach in all tasks
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements
