What You’ll Do

Lead Critical Financial Operations

- Take charge of billing and collections to ensure accuracy, speed, and accountability

- Drive strong cash flow by managing receivables and resolving discrepancies quickly

- Build trusted relationships with customers while handling billing inquiries and disputes with confidence

- Partner with accounting to keep everything clean, accurate, and aligned

Own Pricing Strategy & Market Awareness

- Lead pricing execution with precision and timeliness

- Monitor fuel markets, transportation costs, and trends to stay ahead of the curve

- Collaborate with sales and operations to align pricing with contracts and business strategy

- Deliver insights, reports, and forecasts that influence real decisions

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

- Coach, mentor, and develop a team focused on excellence and accountability

- Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement

- Set clear expectations, track performance, and celebrate wins

- Solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep your team moving forward

What You Bring

- 3 years of experience in billing, collections, pricing, or financial operations

- Leadership experience with a track record of building strong teams

- Strong understanding of invoicing, credit management, and financial systems

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make smart decisions

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience in fuel, logistics, or similar industries is a plus
