We are seeking a dedicated Junior Controller to join our team on a full-time basis. The role is on-site at our Walpole, MA location. Responsibilities include assisting with financial statement preparation, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, monitoring budgets, and contributing to financial planning and analysis. The Junior Controller will also assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and support the senior management team with financial insights and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance-related tasks, including budgeting, financial statement preparation, and compliance reporting
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support financial planning and analysis
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site in Walpole, MA
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus but not required
