Position Summary
The Document Services Analyst provides support for case coordination and document services functions within Regulatory & Rates. This role supports regulatory processes through document management, system administration, reporting, user support, and process improvement activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform document posting and maintenance within the WebDocs application.
- Support case coordination and document management activities for Regulatory & Rates.
- Serve as a cNet Administrator (Regulatory Compliance Management Tool).
- Serve as a gNet Administrator (Case Management Governance Tool).
- Provide SharePoint administration and support.
- Assist in identifying, testing, and implementing system and application enhancements.
- Document department processes, procedures, and user guidance materials.
- Prepare, analyze, and coordinate regular and ad hoc operational metrics and reports.
- Deliver training and support for new and existing users of department tools and systems.
- Act as a subject matter resource for department and enterprise applications, resolving user issues and answering questions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant document management processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise software applications and business systems.
- Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or utility-related environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products and collaboration tools.
- Experience with SharePoint administration, document management systems, or workflow applications.
- Ability to create reports, maintain documentation, and support process improvement initiatives.
Salary : $60 - $64
