Hiring: Program Analyst – Business & Site Readiness
We are seeking a Program Analyst to support Business & Site Readiness activities for a large-scale enterprise rollout initiative. This role will focus on program coordination, readiness tracking, governance reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure successful go-live execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities
- Coordinate with business teams, SCRUM teams, and project stakeholders
- Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and KPI updates
- Support go-live readiness reviews and governance meetings
- Maintain program documentation and reporting visibility across workstreams
Required Skills
- Experience as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, or Power BI
- Strong communication and executive reporting abilities
Preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, or rollout programs
- PMP, Scrum, or PMO certifications are a plus
Salary : $75 - $80
