Principal Business Intelligence Engineer (Oracle EBS)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Intelligence Engineer to lead enterprise data architecture, Snowflake data warehousing, analytics engineering, and Oracle EBS integrations across a global manufacturing environment.

This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, dimensional modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and analytics modernization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable enterprise analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of enterprise-scale Snowflake data warehouse and analytics platforms.
• Build scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, dimensional data models, and enterprise reporting layers.
• Drive enterprise data integration initiatives involving Oracle EBS, ERP systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Develop solutions using Snowflake, SQL, dbt, stored procedures, and orchestration frameworks.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, governance, CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, and operational support.
• Serve as the technical lead for enterprise BI and analytics engineering initiatives.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with business stakeholders on scalable analytics solutions.
