Location: Oakland, CA (Bay Area – Local candidates only)
Work Model: Hybrid (80% Remote | 20% Onsite – Wednesdays at Oakland General Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and create customized reports
- Maintain and update data to reflect real-time business changes
- Develop daily/weekly metrics and dashboards (Power BI)
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
- Manage small to mid-size projects and support business operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis)
- Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation & reporting)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
