Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces according to established standards.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
• Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, surface disinfection, and restroom sanitation with attention to detail.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to uphold hygiene standards across all areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain the property’s pristine condition.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality settings demonstrates familiarity with guest service standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
