Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any repairs or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with guest requests efficiently and courteously, providing a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, maintenance logs, and safety inspections.
- Follow established protocols for sanitation, safety procedures, and security measures during both morning and night shifts.
- Support team members in preparing common areas for guest use during morning shifts or closing procedures during night shifts.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude that promotes a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings across both shifts.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning services is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
