Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Assist with janitorial tasks as needed to support overall facility cleanliness and organization.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates a strong understanding of customer service and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices helps ensure efficient workflow and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards is essential.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably is necessary.
