Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing friendly and courteous service to guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as hotel or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and safety practices is an asset.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
