Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by creating a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
