Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks across the hotel, including electrical repairs, plumbing, and general upkeep. Entry level checks and repair
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute painting projects/ Touch ups.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
